WE NEED TO KNOW…..
1) All marching band and color guard are expected to participate at each competition. Contact Vicki Feltman at Vicki.feltman@gmail.com if you will NOT be attending on Saturday. 2) Please contact Vicki Feltman at Vicki.feltman@gmail.com if your student will NOT be on the bus going to the competition on Saturday, or if your student will NOT be coming back on the bus after competition. We don’t want to waste time waiting for someone who won’t show up at bus departure. 3) If you are picking up your student after competition, we want to make eye contact with both parent and student before you leave, so that we make sure everyone has hooked up; we would hate to have a student THINK their parent was picking them up, only to have them end up standing in an empty parking lot long after everyone else has left. Please check out with your bus chaperone, or Deborah Smith, or Vicki Feltman before leaving.

please leave your belongings against the walls and away from doorways Riddle me this…. Why would you want to put your belongings right in front of doorways, where marchers and guard with big heavy shoes will tromp and stomp on anything in the way, and pit equipment/tuba cases, and other big heavy items will roll over?? Please be thoughtful and prudent. Leave your bags and belongings out of the way of traffic. Or they might be tossed aside and who knows where they will end up get your student award nominations in by monday november 18th!!! It’s that time of the year again, where marching band/guard students recognize their peers for various and sundry things, like, the best toe point, or most impressive instrument case. New marchers, ask your section leaders and experienced section mates what these awards are. Every marching band/guard student is allowed to nominate. Please email your student award nominations to Vicki.feltman@gmail.com by Monday, November 18th.
