WE NEED TO KNOW…..

1)    All marching band and color guard are expected to participate at each competition.  Contact Mr. Burn if you will NOT be attending on Saturday.

2)    Please contact Vicki Feltman at Vicki.feltman@gmail.com if your student will NOT be on the bus going to the competition on Saturday, or if your student will NOT be coming back on the bus after competition.  We don’t want to waste time waiting for someone who won’t show up at bus departure.

3)    If you are picking up your student after competition, we want to make eye contact with both parent and student before you leave, so that we make sure everyone has hooked up; we would hate to have a student THINK their parent was picking them up, only to have them end up standing in an empty parking lot long after everyone else has left.  Please check out with your bus chaperone, or Deborah Smith, or Vicki Feltman before leaving.

TO THE STUDENT WHO DUMPED WATER OUT OF AN IGLOO TO STORE HIS 2 LITER BOTTLE OF MOUNTAIN DEW

I want to remind you and other students that all 6 igloos are put out there for ALL students to share.   By dumping out the water that parents filled up and putting your dirty bottle into a clean igloo, you not only wasted the efforts of volunteers, but caused additional work because we have to scrub out the igloo.   And you did it twice, since your soda bottle was back in the same igloo the second time I went out to check water.

If you need some place to keep your soda bottle cool, bring your own cooler.
