VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR TEACHER PAYDAY LUNCH, MARCH 29

(Barbara Edmonds)

Each year the Music/Art Depts host the March Teacher Payday lunch (March 29).  The Music Boosters cook and serve 125 school employees in the Teachers’ Lounge.  We BBQ tri-tips and veggies and serve with salads and desserts.

We need people to BBQ, bake desserts, chop veggies (prep night before), & serve.  Please sign up on-line at http://bit.ly/M28Ymz

Any questions, please contact Barbara Edmonds.

We are also looking for a new lead person for this annual event.  This person would plan the event (I have all the details from the last four years), coordinate the purchasing, volunteers and oversee the event on the morning of the last Friday in March.  If you are interested, it would be ideal to work on this years' event jointly. Please contact Barbara Edmonds, edmondsbarb@yahoo.com.
